Every restored piece has a past—and every buyer deserves to know exactly what to expect before taking it home.
One-of-a-kind, sold as-is
Our furniture is previously owned and professionally refinished. Age, wood grain, repaired areas and small imperfections are part of its character. Each piece is sold in its current condition.
No returns, refunds or exchanges
All furniture and custom-work sales are final, except where the law requires otherwise. Please inspect the piece and review all photographs, measurements and descriptions before purchasing.
Measure before you buy
The buyer is responsible for confirming that the piece fits the intended room, doorways, hallways, stairs and vehicle. A size or fit issue does not qualify for a return.
Pickup & delivery
Pickup is by arrangement in Germantown. Delivery may be available for an additional fee based on distance, size and weight. Delivery ends when the piece is placed in the location agreed upon in advance.
Care & safety
After pickup or accepted delivery, the buyer is responsible for moving, care and safe use. Tall, heavy or top-heavy furniture should be properly secured to a wall with suitable anti-tip hardware.
Custom work
Custom colors and finishes may vary slightly from samples, screens or inspiration photos. The agreed design, price, deposit and balance due will be written on the buyer agreement before work begins.
Payment
We accept cash, Zelle and Cash App. A receipt or completed buyer agreement will record the item, amount paid, remaining balance if any, and pickup or delivery arrangements.
